Key Job Responsibilities
1. Technical Documentation & Compliance
Create, edit, and maintain technical documents such as User Manuals, Maintenance Manuals, and Qualification documents (DQ, IQ, OQ, PQ), ensuring compliance with industry regulations, quality standards and quality management systems.
2. Information Gathering & Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with engineering, product development, marketing, customer support, and subject matter experts to collect accurate technical information and ensure consistency in documentation and messaging.
3. Document Control, Versioning & Change Management
Manage document version control, change control processes, approvals, and structured storage systems (SOPs) to ensure traceability, accuracy, easy retrieval, and proper lifecycle management of documents.
4. Content Quality, Usability & Visual Presentation
Organize content logically and grammatically, incorporate diagrams, charts, and drawings, verify accuracy through quality checks, and continuously improve documentation
5. Tools, Training & Continuous Improvement
Use and recommend documentation tools (MS Word, Adobe Acrobat, AutoCAD, and digital systems), support training for service and support teams, and stay updated with industry trends and digital documentation practices to improve efficiency and standardization.
