Gaurav Singh is a Board Member at Intertech, where he contributes boardroom expertise across consumer manufacturing, brand strategy, and international market expansion.
He is the Founder and Managing Director of Khadi Natural Healthcare, one of India’s leading personal care, beauty, and wellness companies. Since founding the organisation in 2008, he has built it from an entrepreneurial venture into a globally recognised manufacturing and consumer brand enterprise, anchored in long-term thinking, product innovation, and a steady commitment to quality.
An MBA by training and an entrepreneur by background, he began the journey with a clear vision of creating world-class personal care products inspired by nature and backed by modern manufacturing capability. Starting with glycerin soap manufacturing, he built one of India’s largest glycerin soap manufacturing facilities and established Khadi Natural as one of the country’s highest-selling and most trusted glycerin soap brands.
Widely regarded as a pioneer in the Indian natural personal care industry, he introduced Direct-to Consumer (D2C) business practices as early as 2009, years before the model gained widespread adoption in India. Under his leadership, the company became one of the first Indian personal care brands to introduce SLS-Free, Paraben-Free, and Mineral Oil-Free formulations, setting new standards for clean and
conscious beauty products in India.
A versatile business leader with deep expertise across manufacturing, branding, product development, exports, and market expansion, he has established Khadi Natural’s presence across numerous international markets. Through strategic global partnerships, private-label manufacturing, and brand building initiatives, he has positioned Khadi Natural as a respected Indian personal care brand on the world stage while strengthening its reputation as a trusted manufacturing partner.
His ability to operate as both a large-scale manufacturer and a brand creator has enabled him to build business models across B2B, B2C, D2C, Private Label, Contract Manufacturing, Modern Trade, General Trade, E-commerce, and International Distribution channels. He continues to lead Khadi Natural Healthcare with a long-term vision focused on innovation, sustainability, global market leadership, and the promotion of Indian natural wellness traditions worldwide.
