About
Diploma or Degree in Mechanical/ Production engineering with 5-6 years of proven experience as Production Supervisor or similar role in Pharmaceutical Process equipment manufacturing organization. Experience in using various types of manufacturing machinery and tools, Organizational and leadership abilities with Communication and interpersonal skills
Key Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for all daily activities regarding Production management and accountability of material.
- Provide timely day to day guidance of resource management and rapid problem solving to maximize department performance.
- Proactively leverage industry best practices and process improvement methodology to improve production efficiency, quality and safety processes to meet and exceed key performance indicators.
- Collaborate with Production Planning to finalize and adjust production order scheduling as needed to meet customer needs.
- Coordinate new product launches with Production Planning.
- Monitor and ensure compliance with all company, safety and environmental policies.
- Maintain key MIS reports related to production & manufacturing.
