Akhilesh Sharma is the Chairman & Managing Director of Intertech. In this role, he provides strategic direction and leads the company’s long-term vision of building globally competitive engineering and manufacturing solutions from India.
An engineer by training and an MBA graduate from the Faculty of Management Studies (FMS), Delhi, he brings a strong combination of technical expertise and business leadership. His foundation in engineering, coupled with structured management education, has enabled him to develop Intertech into a systems-driven, manufacturing-focused organization that delivers reliable and high-performance industrial solutions.
Under his leadership, Intertech has evolved into a specialized engineering and manufacturing company with capabilities spanning machine design, industrial installation, and lifecycle support. The company plays a critical role as an industrial backbone across multiple initiatives, translating engineering concepts into scalable, field-ready infrastructure and equipment.
His approach is rooted in precision, execution discipline, and long-term thinking.
