A Mechanical Engineer by training, Naresh Kumar brings 20 years of expertise leading large-scale capital expenditure (CAPEX) manufacturing projects. He has a proven track record in executing turnkey industrial solutions, plant erection, and commissioning across the pharmaceutical, food processing, sugar, and healthcare sectors. Adept at driving multi-million-dollar projects from conceptual design to final handover, he consistently adheres to stringent international quality and safety standards.
He brings a comprehensive suite of technical and managerial capabilities to every project, specialising in
end-to-end execution, scheduling, budgeting, and cross-functional team coordination. This leadership is backed by profound engineering expertise in plant erection, industrial piping, custom fabrication, and equipment commissioning. His deep technical knowledge spans critical process systems including evaporation, crystallisation, condensation, and heat exchange technologies, enabling high-purity execution that strictly complies with rigorous pharmaceutical (API) and food industry standards. He further optimises these complex operations through advanced digital proficiency in AutoCAD for precise engineering design and Primavera for streamlined project scheduling.
In his current role at Intertech, Naresh directs global CAPEX manufacturing projects for premier healthcare, food, and pharmaceutical brands, including Sacheerome Fragrances, Patanjali, VLCC, and Tirupati Lifesciences. His deep industry legacy includes a successful seven-year tenure with Spray
Engineering Devices Ltd. in Chandigarh. Earlier in his career, he spent two years with United Fabricators in Mohali, Punjab, where he directed critical site operations at Ranbaxy Laboratories’ flagship manufacturing plants in Paonta Sahib (HP) and Toansa (Punjab). Recognised among the region’s largest pharmaceutical and API manufacturing facilities, these installations gave him a strong foundation in rigorous project planning, daily milestone monitoring, and compliance with strict pharmaceutical manufacturing
standards.
