Swapnil S. Argonda is the Head of Processing Solutions at Intertech, where he leads the execution of large scale processing and material handling projects from concept to final commissioning.
A Mechanical Engineer from the University of Mumbai, he brings over 21 years of experience across the industrial capex manufacturing sector. His career spans more than 12 years in turnkey capex projects, 5 years in engineering detailing, and 4 years in power transmission, combining hands-on design depth with disciplined project execution.
His core expertise lies in engineering detailing, technical analysis, turnkey project execution, and industrial
system implementation across multiple industry segments. With a strong working knowledge of mechanical integration, power transmission systems, and automated machinery, he is known for bridging complex engineering design with practical, on-site execution.
At Intertech, he focuses on delivering processing solutions that are reliable, cost-effective, and built to scale, with particular emphasis on the healthcare sector, where his project design and on-site validation work have supported the company’s growth and credibility
