Vertical Ribbon Mixer features a single shaft with spiral mixing blades to create a three-dimensional flow of the product. The blade operates at a variable speed, generating a spiral upward movement from the bottom along the mixer wall periphery, leading to a gravitational downward flow from the top center of the mixer.
