TECHNICAL DETAILS
For precise volume dosing of free flowing/hard to dose , powdery or fine granule products.
Standard Design Comprising:
- Auger drive using standard motorized dosing
- Power transmission by toothed belts.
- Dosing hopper with quick – action closing , inspection opening.
- Mixer with separate drive using three – phase geared motor switching to cyclic or continuous mode.
- Base column with height adjustment (200mm)
- Parts contacting the product are of stainless steel
- Dosing quantities input using monitor and keyboard of machine control unit.
- Dosing auger machined out of solid bar stock of SS 316Q. Pitch and diameter of the screw is designed based on your product characteristics and fill weight desired complete with Auger tube
- Removal and fitment of Auger screw (for cleaning or change size) is accomplished without the use of tools.

CAPPING STATION
OPERATION
The feed container moving on conveyor belt are feed into an in feed star wheel, bringing the container below the sealing head in the subsequent indexing part, mean while the bottle pickup a cap from the delivery chute of cap feeding bowl, where the body and the neck of the container are positioned below the rotating head. Where the sealing head is performing perfect operation of threading & sealing. Specially designed hopper is provided for more storage capacity, deliver cap to delivery chute with correct position that ensures the perfect position of the cap at the end of delivery chute.
In feed & Out feed Conveyor to Capping Machine:
This will be slat chain conveyor and shall be used to feed Jars to the capping machine. Detailed specification shall be as follows:

Indexing Mechanism
Machine shall operated on Geneva wheel principle and containers / jar shall move up to filling head by a cam follower mechanism Photo sensor / Micro sensor shall be provided on in-feed conveyor for proper indexing of containers. Machine shall have side covers and a top cladding made with SS 304Q sheet and all contact parts shall be made with SS 304Q or Aluminium. Other specifications shall be as follows.
