This machine is designed for filling & sealing of Pre formed syringes which are sterilized B-D Hypac,  SCF etc. Machine can also filling & plug customized syringes. Machine is equipped with 10 needle filler controlled thru precision volumetric dosing system driven by servo. Movement is also controlled by two nos. servo motor. Vacuum plugging eliminates mirco particles which normally generates due to friction if vibrator type stopper is used. Vacuum sensor can adjust level of vacuum with highest accuracy. All contact parts in SS 316L & silicon rubber. PLC operated panel shows Vacuum level, nitrogen pressure, air pressure & other related parameters. Recipe management can also be provided for various sizes of Syringes.  SS 316L or Ceramic make high precision piston rings are driven by servo motors. Each piston pump can be adjusted & turned without any tool.
